About Juan Manuel

I’m Juan Manuel Paez Ayala, and I live in Montreal.

For more than 18 years I worked at Rio Tinto and Ecopetrol in projects, finance, strategy and supply chain: large mining and energy operations where the wrong spare part or a postponed decision can stop an entire line.

The lesson I brought with me applies just as well to a business of 15 or 150 people: what you don’t sort, you can’t decide on. And what you don’t decide on charges you rent every month.

I created FluxLogic SI to translate that experience, and artificial intelligence, into human language. Yes, you can understand AI. Yes, you can use it in your business. Without fear.
